Drive-In

One of the great things about summer is that you can go to the drive-in.  Not only do you get two movies for a cheap price, but you get to bring your own snacks and bedding to get comfortable with.  Even though you might be in the bed of a truck, enough blankets and pillows will make it a comfy spot.

When my husband and I were living in Iowa, the local college also did some outdoor movies for free.  That was also awesome because we got to see movies that turned into some of our favorites.  I also remember as a kid that my dad would set up the movie projector and we would watch movies outside of our own home.
